INDIA 2016 : We're changing

Well Jesus turned yet another year older, and so did we. With years passing by and human mentalities drastically changing with time, I wish to review the past fruitful year in a gist. With significant political development worldwide, the past year mainly famed for technological developments. From Putin to Modi, none was less surprising when it came to unforeseen economic (distressful) progresses. Well major players in technology this year were Google and Apple (as expected) and this was a more painful year for the weak competitors as expected. Technology only apparently seemed to get cheaper although flagship inflation neutralized the economy well.

To talk of India a bit, Xiaomi again played its trump cards hard and with Moto and Lenovo in full form the last year with the indie tech companies almost rooted. With the massive Pixel-iPhone success brutally powered by advertisement, they were only just followed by rising Chinese companies like OnePlus.

This year, to mention in India especially, has been gifted to mobile wallet companies like PayTM, Mobikwik, freecharge. With India striving to go demonetize itself, 2016 has been a debut year in the joint effort of banks to highly recommend mobile banking and cashless transactions to their customers. When it comes to mobile operators, the war has been undoubtedly won by Jio, Reliance's most daring and successful venture. The fifth leap year of the 21st century was no less of surprises: Modi's demonetization, Ambani's Jio, India's Olympic Silver and unbelievably cheap travel rates.

Well, the ultimate conclusion on India 2016, the year lays the foundation to a stronger less-bribed economy powered by the smartness of technology. The successive year seems delicious.
